Shipping policy

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:

NZ Couriers will continue to deliver your parcels, please allow 2-3 days for urban delivery, longer for rural areas.

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow 1-2 business days to ship items marked READY TO SHIP.

For custom orders, please allow up to 10 business days to ship –I will keep you updated on your order if there is a delay due to fabric choice or other materials not being available.

All orders within New Zealand will be sent via overnight courier using New Zealand Couriers.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there are ongoing issues globally with the mail service and NZ Post has had to suspend some services due to individual countries mail import options and fewer international flights leaving New Zealand. This means that my usual shipping option of NZ Post International Air Satchel which is a TRACKED service with a delivery estimate of 3-10 working days is currently NOT available. I have sourced the best rates and will partner with DHL Express Courier for all international orders (with the exception of some countries where NZ Post International Courier offers a cheaper service). Delivery estimates may be impacted during this pandemic but you will be able to track your order.

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees. I am NOT responsible for any customs fees that may be charged when your order arrives in your country.
