FAQs

Can I return my items if they’re not right?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I unfortunately can't accept returns. If there is a defect in the product due to quality, then please contact me as soon as possible so I can correct the situation.

How long does it take to receive my item?

Due to demand, your order will be processed within 3-5 working days (5-10 for custom orders). Once processed, orders within New Zealand are shipped via overnight courier using either NZ Post or New Zealand Couriers and DHL Express Courier or NZ Post Economy Tracked for international orders.

Are items machine washable?

All orders come with care instructions specific to the item you have purchased. While some products are machine washable, there are others where hand washing is recommended.

Tubie Love takes no liability or responsibility in the use of our products, please use items at your own risk/discretion.

If you have any concerns or need more information, please contact us.

When can I start using my tube pads?

It is recommended to wait up to 6 weeks post surgery before using your reusable pads.

Can I order a belt before Gtube surgery?

No, please wait till a week or so post surgery.  The measurement needs to be taking around the whole tummy at the stoma site to ensure the best fit.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, if you have a preferred print or fabric choice, I’m happy to see whether I can accommodate your selection. We also grow our product list through customer requests; if there is an item that could help you better manage tube feeding, let me know. I’m happy to discuss new designs so that other families in the same situation may be able to benefit too!

Do you make products for adults too?

Yes, our items are suitable for the whole feeding community!

Do you accept the Cerebral Palsy Society Card?

Yes, please enter your Cerebral Palsy Society card number and name as it appears on your card in the notes section of your shopping cart before you checkout.

At Checkout click 'Cerebral Palsy Society Card'. We will send your order once your transaction has been processed.

Can I use my individualised funding?

Yes, best to double check with your service facilitator but we have had customers use their individual funding to purchase items.

Are you an accredited ACC vendor?

Yes, Tubie Love is an accredited vendor with ACC. Speak to your case manager if you wish to make a purchase.

Do you make the patches/tape strips?

No, they are manufactured by an Australian company, A Simple Patch. I’m the New Zealand distributor for them.

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery costs are dependent on your location and will be updated at checkout. Please enter your delivery address for accurate delivery cost.

Do you send worldwide?

We are currently shipping to Australia and the United Kingdom. We have sourced the best rates and partner with DHL Express Courier and NZ Post Economy Tracked for all international orders. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Please see our shipping policy for further information.

Are you no longer shipping to North America?

Unfortunately, due to the impact of Covid-19 I’ve had to suspend sales to the USA and Canada as the cost of my liability insurance to this region is greater than current sales. I will be looking at resuming sales to North America in the future.

Where are you located?

We’re based on the sunny Kapiti Coast, north of Wellington in New Zealand, but we send our tubie pads and accessories all around the world.
